The location of the resort was prefect! We had a beautiful view from the
second floor, so make sure you ask for a second floor unit. The front
desk people were friendly and welcoming, and the maintenance guy was
extremely polite! We love the studio unit layout and the kitchen
amenities. Coffee and computer in the lobby a plus! The pool areas were

Alol the staff were great. We rented movies, used the gym and used the
pool. The desk staff were quick to register me in and offered me a map
to pick my room and advised me several locations close to one of the
pools. We got to check in early so it felt like a free day. Meet some

The best overall friendly staff I've encountered in recent travels. Helpful and pleasant with being obsequious. Other than "live dinner music levels"*, a very quiet place to stay, even though "pet friendly".

Spacious room with balcony overlooking river. Clean ,comfortable and
very diligent chambermaid (Julissa). Bellhops and valet parkers were
exceptionally polite and attentive and the driver of the shuttle service
to downtown/ uptown Oak Creek Brewhouse was courteous, pleasant and
an informed (his name was the Dutch word for 'scholar' and
sounded like Scheeler, but that is probably an approximation.

The resort was amazing with all it had to offer. We enjoyed the pool, tennis and hiking. The accomodations were beautiful! -

We really enjoyed our stay. The room & hotel, in general, was clean, well-appointed, and beautifully furnished. The buffet breakfast was very nice, too. We were able to take the hotel shuttle to Chase field, while leaving our car safely parked at the hotel. The hotel rate was very reasonable. We will likely stay here again when we go to the D-

Great Location, Great value for your money, very, very clean--it would have passed my Mom's white glove test! Beds were very comfy, looked to be newly remodeled, staff was great and the free breakfast had the best selection of food I've seen in a long time. Would recommend it to anyone and I did tell all my friends and business associates about this hotel.

The location is perfect to visit the Grand Canyon as it is located less then 10 miles from teh South Rim entrance. The village also offers a lot of possibilities for dining and has a general store for all kind of shopping.

The price was very good value. It was also very clean and well maintained. We didn't expect housekeeping service every day, clean sheets and towels. Liked having laundry facilities on site. Over all very impressed and perfect location for the Grand Canyon. Absolutely would like to go back and will for sure recommend to friends and family.

We liked the breakfast in the morning.We love the warm cookies & coffee in the afternoons.How close we were to the baseball stadium and how the shuttle would drop you off and pick you up after the games.The hotel and our room were always clean and neat.The staff was so helpful to find us restaurants and shopping.We are already thinking and planing another trip for next spring season and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.See ya next spring....

We loved everything about the place. The room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was delicious and loved that there was something different every morning. Loved having a laundry room. Pool was clean and just the right temperature.. My daughter and I had a glorious time and are already talking about going back. -

If you re staying in Williams stay here - it's brilliant.
The hotel is beautifully furnished and the communal areas are all very comfortable making chatting to other guests easy. Lovely balcony area overlooking the pine trees & the town.
Room was stylish decorated and furnished whilst also being extremely comfortable.
Breakfast menu was varied with plenty of different choices all of which were extremely sumptuous.

The location is near a busy entertainment venue, but you hear very little street noise when that venue's entertainment is over and thousands exit at once. I loved the hotel's decor and its location. I was traveling on business and found the location very accessible to where I needed to go.
