free wifi in the hotel room. The other nice thing is that it is
conveniently located in downtown Pinetop. If you want to have cheap
meals you can shop at the local Safeway and putting groceries that do
not require freezing.we have a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. -

Spacious room with balcony overlooking river. Clean ,comfortable and
very diligent chambermaid (Julissa). Bellhops and valet parkers were
exceptionally polite and attentive and the driver of the shuttle service
to downtown/ uptown Oak Creek Brewhouse was courteous, pleasant and
an informed (his name was the Dutch word for 'scholar' and
sounded like Scheeler, but that is probably an approximation.

Normally we couldn't afford to stay in this luxurious 5 star hotel but off season the value is incredible. Everything about this hotel is absolutely perfect apart from the restaurant. Very sub par for a quality hotel. Stay here if course, but eat in one of the many great local restaurants -

tracks. This is very important in this town. The hotel is next to a
walking area for dogs. Very nice. The morning breakfast was included and
nice for the room charge.

The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was extremely pleasant.
The food was good at every restaurant and the prices were more than reasonable.
The casino slots were Downtown Vegas loose. As a matter of fact I thought that they were better than the places on the Laughlin strip.

The staff was very kind and a great help in securely exactly what we wanted! The room was very clean & roomy! My wife really liked the iron in the room so she could do her clothes! The seafood buffet on Friday night was very good! We enjoyed the music under the outdoor tents as well as their food & drinks! Their prices were not unreasonable! Motorcycle parking was great also!

Loved the resort and its surroundings. The staff were great and worked through a major problem with a most favorable outcome. Dinner with a great entertainer capped off the evening. -
