The best overall friendly staff I've encountered in recent travels. Helpful and pleasant with being obsequious. Other than "live dinner music levels"*, a very quiet place to stay, even though "pet friendly".

Spacious room with balcony overlooking river. Clean ,comfortable and
very diligent chambermaid (Julissa). Bellhops and valet parkers were
exceptionally polite and attentive and the driver of the shuttle service
to downtown/ uptown Oak Creek Brewhouse was courteous, pleasant and
an informed (his name was the Dutch word for 'scholar' and
sounded like Scheeler, but that is probably an approximation.

Normally we couldn't afford to stay in this luxurious 5 star hotel but off season the value is incredible. Everything about this hotel is absolutely perfect apart from the restaurant. Very sub par for a quality hotel. Stay here if course, but eat in one of the many great local restaurants -

The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was extremely pleasant.
The food was good at every restaurant and the prices were more than reasonable.
The casino slots were Downtown Vegas loose. As a matter of fact I thought that they were better than the places on the Laughlin strip.

The staff was very kind and a great help in securely exactly what we wanted! The room was very clean & roomy! My wife really liked the iron in the room so she could do her clothes! The seafood buffet on Friday night was very good! We enjoyed the music under the outdoor tents as well as their food & drinks! Their prices were not unreasonable! Motorcycle parking was great also!

The large room is in fact a small flat with beds at ground level & first floor, little kitchen. Silent air conditioning. Room entry giving on the lawn. Pleasant swimming pool accessible until end of evening. Breakfast & diner at the bar near the pool. Staff is very friendly. -

The location in Scottsdale was convenient to great restaurants and hikes. The fitness room offered exercise bicycles and other equipment with television screens,hot tub,and plenty of towels. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We plan to return next year! -

It is located at the edge of Williams, Arizona. There are some excellent
shops and restaurants. The information center is an absolute must to
visit. The two ladies in it will give you very accurate information and
save you money to visit the Grand Canyon. -

It is one of the most beautiful locations I have ever experienced. I
visited there in the 1970s and always vowed to return. Every tiny detail

everything is how you want to have it when you arrive after a long drive. Very friendly staff at the front desk fast check at incredible low rates. Included social hours from 5 - 7 pm (draft beer) as well as warm breakfast. clean rooms with a big flatscrern TV and new furnitures.I really recommend this Hotel, spend a couple bucks more and stay her

The staff were excellent! Every request was quickly accommodated with a pleasant and efficient manner. We liked the free hot breakfast, the laundry facilities as we had a newborn and the suite with a kitchen. The cleaning staff did a great job too. We also liked that it was right at the Yuma palms mall convenient to shops and places to eat.
