Got the king suite and it was very nice, comfortable, and private balcony, nice quite back room that was facing the small stream in back. Good location, next door to Comedy barn and Happy days, I liked. Hotel was great for the money with a family of 4. Having an indoor&outdoor pool made it to where if it rained we could still have something to do. The rooms where clean and staff was very nice.

I would recommend it and I will be going again!. I always stay here when I go to Pigeon Forge. Valley Forge in is centrally located within walking distance of shops and restaurants! The rooms are always very nice and clean!!. Friendly staff always available. Location was right in the middle of town and was within walking distance to eating places and entertainment and had clean rooms. Enjoyed our stay. Had to leave early due to medical emergency. letsbookhotel.com was suppose to reimburse us for one night due to the emergency. It was a nice hotel with clean rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. I also liked that we were right across the street from TGIFridays :). Convenience to many amenities. Love the pool and the continental breakfast. Good price for the stay. The location Two pools The Island is walking distance and lots of new stuff is on it's way there. Located on the strip, very good location. Christ friendly which was rare, I loved this. I LOVED that this hotel staff were all Christians. We will be back!!. good value for the price. water pressure in shower was awesome... Didn't like the breakfast, pastries or cereals. Ours chairs on outside where broke. Older hotel. Only problem was the inside hallway leading to our room was hot and had an odor. My key card would not work one afternoon and I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come and let me in my room. I had called the front desk with my cell phone and after 20 minutes, I asked a young couple that were leaving their room if they would stop at the front office and tell them I was still waiting. 10 minutes later the man showed up. It wouldn't have been that bad waiting if I hadn't been feeling so bad myself! I could not walk to the office myself due to feeling so bad. I have no complaints. Too small for bathroom to get dressed in with family present. The coffee pot (old n worn) steel pot could not see in it. No decaf. Towels like paper towels! Dim lights in bathroom area. N/a. There was nothing that we were dissatisfied with. No negatives. Elevator was way in back and breakfast was not very good. The beds are to hard and the walls are thin . air conditioner. Must be on a timer keep cutting off and on. Sink being outside of the bathroom. Continental breafast was not good. Not a wide variety for breakfast. nothing. Room cleaner or air freshener was very strong and more of a cover up odor. Not pleasing situation. The beds , the matresses were terrible was unable to rest. Beds were hard. The breakfast was awful. The beds were hard. I was changed to 4 different rooms before I found a clean one. blood on the bedskirt in 2 rooms, black something or other in the tub. bathroom had mold and floor looked dirty. needs updated and remodeled.
