Ther room was very nice although I did request a smoking room. It was nice enough outside to smoke so no big deal. The cleaning staff accidentially threw away a souvineer but the desk clerk was very nice about it. I stopped in when I checked out to leave my contact number and he gave me the money for the item that was lost. It wasn't an expensive item but I appreciated the kindness. we went to pigeon forege to scatter my brothers ashes. my mom is on oxygen. the staff at this hotel was over exceptional. i really appreciate the hospitality we were given. as a rule when we go to a hotel with my mom it is a hassle, that was not the case at this place at all. thank you again. we will definately stay with you all again.

Location is in the heart of all area attractions......Can walk to shops etc....Staff was very friendly and helpful. Budget friendly as well......I would stay again....... Location. Beds were very comfortable...rooms clean. Even when I accidently entered the wrong arrival date...your staff worked with letsbookhotel.com and corrected it without any fuss. We parked the car on Monday and did not drive again until Wednesday when we left. We were able to walk where ever we wanted...shows, dinner, shopping, etc. Pool was real warm-nice. Everything was clean, comfortable, and access was just off the highway. I noticed the handicapped ramp went all the way to the 3rd, had never seen that anywhere at other motels. LOCATION...excellent proximity to GSMNP which is where we spent most of our time. CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, SPACIOUS room!!! Gracious and helpful staff!. The price was competative and the rooms clean. Breakfast included Waffles, Biscuits and Gravy, Muffins and Cereal. staff was super beds were comfy clean room and bath quiet got a good sleep good breakfast convient to everything. Has outside entrances to all rooms. Outdoor pool. i can not think of one thing.... We didn't get to use the pool it was quite small for the size and amount of people staying at the hotel. So it stayed full.....:(. No complaints. Breakfast was not what we were expecting...rather lame. Did not have a good selection of food. Had to wait until 4 pm to check in !! other than that it was great. The bathrooms are small. Beds were a little too hard and the AC was noisy. When house keeping knocked on the door our first morning there, they did not give enough time for us to open the door before they opened it themselves. Had we not been dressed, I would have been very upset!. The day shift desk clerks were short and snippy. We never had washcloths in our room after the maid had been in, always had to call & get some. Wifi didnt work at all :(. The ac in one of the rooms that we reserved (we reserved 2 rooms) had a stench coming out of it. It was room 223. The breakfast was not the best. It advertised a hot breakfast. The only thing hot were the waffles you made yourself. Nothing we didn't like. space under the outside door that let light and air and sound in. fairly loud, easy to hear outside noises. The wi-fi didnt work very well at all. Had a very hard time getting our devices to connect. That continental breakfast didn't go any later in the morning. Couldn't sleep in. Very Dated. Total price was not the same amount charged at check in about 6.00more. The rooms need up-dating. Building showing age Noise of neighbor one night Could see under door to outside. Need better breakfast and Better Coffee. Linens were short. We had four guests and three bath cloths. Just annoying. The pool stayed open to long should close at 10pm. third floor steps small bathroom rooms could be updated. We live too far away to stay every weekend. traffic. small bathrooms low comodes. it wasnt that clean and the sheets looked dirtie could have been cleaner. towels were not soft. Their breakfast was not good, frozen biscuits plus not set up very well. Would like to have designated parking places for first floor rooms. The shower was very nasty worse I have ever seen. We had to buy sandals just to take a shower. Heating unit we had in room had in 332 had a high pitch noise when it was running. the toilet ran...the sink was stop up. Sevral power sockets was missing screws. Needed a no smoking room but got a smoking one that really smelled. The carpet was old and worn, tile old and scratched and the door had cracks and gaps all around it. Room was okay but - one of the lamps was missing the shade, one lamp did not work, toilet was lose and rocked every time we used it. Smoking room was greatly neglected: filthy carpet, dirty mattresses and bedspreads, small bathroom, room chairs are old and broken, lamps in poor shape, and facilities in general are old and outdated.
