Enjoyed the free continental buffet breakfast a - I absolutely loved the Sanctuary & would return in a heartbeat! I was travelling alone for business but it would be ideal as a couple or for a special trip with friends. Service was above & beyond from the moment I arrived - at 10pm tired & weary! The lovely doorman took my case, took my name, the desk staff were then ready for me, super efficient check in. I was accompanied to my room & everything quickly explained & left to enjoy. I was sadly only there for 1 night:( I had

  Location is genius in the heart of Times Square, The open bus tour starts just in front of the hotel, We were in a Premium King Suite in the 25th floor and the view was very nice, Staff (House Keeping, reception & concierge) were extremely friendly and efficient, the suite was ready for the whole family consisting of 4 persons, I have 14 &... wat mensen zeggen » 8 years kids who stayed in the sofa bed and it was acceptable for them, Please don't forget to get the free Special Cookies from the reception any ti - we enjoyed very much staying at the hotel: the suite was very comfortable and its size is not typical to ny hotels - much bigger. the staff was super friendly and helpful (Alex & David!!!) and helped solving personal issues regarding our trip in the most efficient way. The welcome greeting with the cookies was lovely and so the ice-cream and cookies treat on 4th july. the location is great, the view from the upper floors is dreamy - and yes - we will come back to the double tree hilton-time

  Bij onze aankomst bleek onze kamer "overbooked". We hebben onmiddellijk (op kosten van het hotel) een kamer gekregen in een zeer goed zusterhotel (East gate tower). Zelfs de taxi-verplaatsing werd door het hotel betaald. Vanaf dag 2 kregen we dan een kamer in het Beekman hotel. Ons verblijf van 5 nachten werd op deze manier 250 euro goedkoper dan g... wat mensen zeggen » epland! Best een leuke meevaller. - In alle opzichten een prima hotel.

De ligging was super, op hooguit 1 minuut loopafstand van Times Square. De balie is 24 uur per dag bemand. The room was large, clean, and well-appointed; I liked the added touch of an assortment of books in the room for guests. The room had a comfortable king size bed with nice linens and an up-dated bathroom with an over-sized shower.
