I absolutely loved the Sanctuary & would return in a heartbeat! I
was travelling alone for business but it would be ideal as a couple or
for a special trip with friends. Service was above & beyond from the
moment I arrived - at 10pm tired & weary! The lovely doorman took my
case, took my name, the desk staff were then ready for me, super
efficient check in. I was accompanied to my room & everything
quickly explained & left to enjoy. I was sadly only there for 1
night:( I had

Size of room was good compared to NY rooms. Staff were extremely helpful. Very clean and location is excellent whilst quiet at night. The hotel is exactly as it is described and we were not disappointed.

Location is genius in the heart of Times Square, The open bus tour
starts just in front of the hotel, We were in a Premium King Suite in
the 25th floor and the view was very nice, Staff (House Keeping,

we enjoyed very much staying at the hotel: the suite was very comfortable and its size is not typical to ny hotels - much bigger.
the staff was super friendly and helpful (Alex & David!!!) and helped solving personal issues regarding our trip in the most efficient way.
The welcome greeting with the cookies was lovely and so the ice-cream and cookies treat on 4th july.
the location is great, the view from the upper floors is dreamy - and yes - we will come back to the double tree hilton-time

su ubicacion es excelente, mejor ubicacion no pude haber tenido, es bastante seguro andar por aqui, no tienes ke transportate tanto, estas cerca de todo. su habitaciones super limpias, el servicio de internet es excelente y gratis eso es lo mejor. - Wow!! Staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us any information we wanted. They also organised taxis - at a rate negotiated by the hotel which was cheaper than the regular taxi rate and stored our luggage (checkout time is the usual 12.00) and we weren't leaving New York until the evening.
