There was not one thing to like.....but everything to love!!!...From now on, any future bookings will be to stay with my family at a Marriott...top notch in customer service, comfort and value... panoramic view of the city from the presidential suite...first time in Philly and this will not be our last....very highly recommend the Philadelphia Marriott!!!

Centrale ligging. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Faciliteiten. Tijdens ons verblijf werd mijn vrouw ziek. We waren verplet over de behulpzaamheid bij zoeken naar arts, verzorging, ook toen bleek dat we langer moesten blijven. Echt geweldig! - Kamer is mooi en zuiver en is rustig gelegen en toch kort bij de hoofd bezienswaardigheden.

This was our second stay at the Crowne Plaza, staff was Friendly and Welling to meet Our Needs, the room was nice and clean.
Had a nice view as requested. Was able to check in early. Overall would say We had a very Pleasant Stay... I would recommend Crowne Plaza it was Nice Quite and Relaxing.... Four Stars : )

Staff was very friendly, the hotel offers free parking and high-speed Wi-Fi at no cost. Swimming pool is a plus, especially during a heat wave. Location is fine if you travel by car. You can reach Philly downtown in a 10-15 minute drive. The hotel offers a shuttle bus, we didn't take it but it seems a good option too. Very comfortable bed.
