They had no problems storing my luggage over the weekend while I traveled 'light' to New York for a few days, which was a huge help!   The staff was excellant very personalble. We had just arrived at the philadelphia airport from Paris a long flight and we had a 5 hour drive home. So staying at the renaissance was great for a good nights sleep the bed was very comfortable and room was spacious.and clean We had late snack when we arrived and enjoyed the breakfast the next morning... wat mensen zeggen » . - Staff was extremely friendly. Our children enjoyed the pool. Clean and sufficient for our one night stay in the Philadelphia area.

  This was our second stay at the Crowne Plaza, staff was Friendly and Welling to meet Our Needs, the room was nice and clean. Had a nice view as requested. Was able to check in early. Overall would say We had a very Pleasant Stay... I would recommend Crowne Plaza it was Nice Quite and Relaxing.... Four Stars : ) P.S. Swimming pool is a plus, especially during a heat wave. Location is fine if you travel by car. You can reach Philly downtown in a 10-15 minute drive. The hotel offers a shuttle bus, we didn't take it but it seems a good option too. Very comfortable bed.
