  We received a lovely warm welcome at a beautiful country house set in stunning gardens. The property was beautifully clean, comfortable, elegant and restful, and a wonderful place to stay. Our host was charming and kind, very attentive and helpful. The breakfasts were sumptuous and the afternoon tea absolutely delicious. The house is only a short... wat mensen zeggen » walk to Wells, with fantastic views on the way, and it was good to be able to leave the car and walk there. Thank you for a memorable stay. - An excellent country B&B, probably one of the best we have stayed in. Wonderful attention to detail. The room was extremely confortable and well thought out. The breakfast was superb. A huge range of breads, cheeses, meats, yoghurt s etc. The grounds were a delight, full of scultures and suprises! The house over looks Wells Cathedral and Glastonbury Tor in the distance. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area.

  The house and garden, complete with free range chickens, are lovely. The owners were very welcoming and helpful lending umbrellas, torches etc. Also gave good advice on where to eat and visit. The accommodation was very comfortable with quality touches everywhere. Large double bedroom, amazingly comfy bed, separate bathroom and living room with pull out sofa for additional guest... everything was top quality. Elaine and Stephen were wonderfully friendly and helpful hosts. Breakfast was high quality and generous!
