  Small and very friendly, lovely room which opened up onto the beer garden, lots of small touches like toiletries, a small fridge, hairdryer, ironing board, lg wall mounted tv, A fan (essential because of the hot weather), tea/coffee/water provided. Lovely beer garden and good food. The breakfast was good and included in the price which I thought... wat mensen zeggen » was good value at £40. I also had my own en-suite. Everything was added to the bill for ease.
