  The reception staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Service in Carrie's Bar was very good too as was my meal. I had very prompt attention to "fix" the television in my room. - Very comfortable with nice public areas. Rooms big and warm with good bathrooms. Staff attentive and efficient. Couldn't fault it.

  Spa was lovely and treatments were very good The shower in the room was the best I have ever been in. Nice breakfast. Very nice spacious rooms. - I loved the fact that there were cherries and prosecco waiting for us as it was our wedding night! The staff were very friendly!

  The decor was lovely, homely and comfortable. Very relaxed atmosphere. Service excellent. The English high tea was a treat. It was beautifully served and tasted delicious. Certainly value for money - Very warm welcome and helped with my luggage to my room.   Helpful & friendly staff.Great for children-- lots for them to do and excellent meals for them. Meals for adults good as well. We were a family group of 10 adults and one 4year old child celebrating my wife`s 80th birthday and the staff looked after everyone with great care making this a most enjoyable weekend.
