The staff at the Best Western were the friendliest and most helpful I have ever met. The receptionist who checked me in on Sat morning was polite, helpful and very professional.   I checked in early evening and was greeted well by the Managers, then taken straight to my room. They made a real effort to accommodate me and always with a smile. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. My Executive room was very clean, tidy and quite large for what I had expected. I had evening Dinner at the restaurant which was very good val... wat mensen zeggen » ue for money but the food was delicious - their chef was very good indeed. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty on both days. I enjoyed my stay there. - The staff were very attentive and made us feel very welcome - even though they were very busy with the restaurant and bar area.The evening meal we had on the Friday evening was excellent. We will be booking the Millgate House Hotel again for our visit to Newark next year for the Vintage Tractor Show.

  Definitely location. Only about 20mins walk from Notts Uni and 10mins bus ride. Convenient if you're on a short business/study trip to the Uni. Near to Tesco's, Coop, and other convenient store as it is 5 mins walk to Beeston High Road where all the Beeston town shops are. Single room I stayed was spacious, bathroom is right size and wifi available throughout the place. Staffs were really friendly. - The staff Were very friendly and helpful from start to finish, We went. Group of girls for a Night out in notts they didnt stigmatise us, in fact they Were more than willing to ensure We Were comfortable and has everything We needed to ha e a good time. Our room was very clean, spacous enough, lovely hot shower and plenty of mirrors!!! It was also appropriate got families. Couldnt have ask for anything more! :-)

  Comfortable room and girl in reception - room was bigger than others I've seen and where I paid even more than for the one at Grantham Hotel. To go into town I had to take the Bus, but the bus station wasn't far from the hotel, so after finding out how to do it, I had no further problems.
