  Very much liked the decor - youthful and trendy, unexpected but great. The room was VERY comfortable. LOVED the mattress. Bathroom was roomy. Enjoyed having the small fridge in the room. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was amazing.   We stay here quite often as the hotel is always lovely and clean, the staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast excellent. Having use of the leisure facilities that are attached to the hotel is the main attraction for us though as we always come away feeling totally relaxed. - The leisure centre is excellent, the facilities some of the cleanes... wat mensen zeggen » t I have seen. The rooms are very comfortable, and the despite their lack of age the staff are first class at giving customer service. Highly recommended !!!!!!!

  Wij hebben een upgrade moeten maken van Standaard dubbel naar Executive,wat een echte vooruitgang was voor maar GBP40 p/n meer.Deze kamer was beter schoongemaakt,maar toch ondermaats gezien de status van het hotel.Mr.James Connors was zeer behulpzaam en alles werd perfect geregeld.Alle personeel was zeer correct,de klachten werden direct opgelost.H... wat mensen zeggen » otel ziet er zeer luxe en verzorgd uit. - de rust die van het hotel uitging

Goede ontvangst en uitleg van de verhuurder. Langs drukke weg, maar daar ervaar je door het dubbelglas niet veel van. - Geweldig mooi 4 persoons appartement!   The suite we were given was really comfortable in an annexe (converted cottage), It was full of old world charm, tastefully decorated and had it's own beautiful cottage garden full of scented flowers. The main hotel was only a few yards away and was equally attractive with excellent service. I would certainly try to book again when we are next in Nottingham. - It's hard to find better staff, it was bonfire night and the staff arranged us so we could see the fireworks while waiting for the dinner at the restaurant. Also made possible that my girlfriend could have dinner, that's rare because she's allergic to so many things that usually restaurants can't serve us. Also truly fast Wifi, we could stream HD with our netflix account.

  I loved the great service I received and the standard of service never fell during my stay at the hotel whatsoever. Additionally the price was great and the quality of both staff and hotel were fantastic. I would defiantly stay again. This hotel should at least be a four star.
