  was only in the isle of man working unfortunately but this hotel was exceptional, the staff faultless, hotel was very clean in a good location right on sea front and the breakfast was amazing the menu was extensive and you could have anything i had full manx and it was cooked to perfection. hopefully i will get back to Douglas for a break and wil... wat mensen zeggen » l definitely be staying at this hotel.Even the parking wasn't an issue as you can park outside overnight and all day in the car park 100 yds away for - This place was amazing! The room was beautiful and had an awesome view!!!! They even give you chocolates and have a nice sitting room where you can mingle with the other guest. You can see the horse trollies right out front and there is a stop to get on it right there also. Had an amazing breakfast! They also held our luggage after we checked out, since our flight wasn't till late in the day we wanted to explore but didn't know what to do with the luggage. Next time we come we will definitely s

  Like most hotels in Douglas it is now an old building, but everywhere inside the hotel was nice and clean and the staff where very helpfull. I was in a single room, but not too small and the shower was fine.   As i was travelling alone worried about staying on my own in a place that doesn't have 24hr reception desk or staff within the hotel however that was not a issue to my suprise. I felt very safe, staff were excellent, friendly couldn't do enough for you. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and the breakfast portions made sure you didn't go hungry.

The Thai restaurant was good quality -you just need to book in advance as we couldn't even get a table but ordered downstairs and they brought it to our room. The view as we were upgraded was beautiful of the sea.
