the staff couldn't do enough for us. The meals were good value, quick and hot. Steak night is a must. If you had a problem Chris or Hayley were only too happy to help or advise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The management was very helpful and friendly. Their meals were great and properly cooked. The beds were firm and comfortable,their TV were in good condition,but their bathroom area was very cared for;properly maintained and very clean. Their bathroom area was their best feature of the Bedroom!.

socket in room; Rosslyn annexe significantly inferior, best avoided in
my opinion; parking difficult (like most of Douglas).
as with all the hotels in douglas, parking was hard, but i wasn't too far away. mereside signage poor, but it is on the corner, part of HQ bar & restaurant.

The rooms could have been cleaned a little better as felt they were not up to a 4 star standard.
The bed was not the most comfortable but the room and all of the hotel had very modern furniture.
Bedroom rather cramped.
Restaurant food is good value but rather plain.
No net curtain in room number 1 we had to pull the curtains as another hotel was right opposite and we felt that they could see into the room.
It was a little noisy with the retaurant being on the main floor however it was never noisy very late.
The carpets needs changing or to be cleaned much better. Not just vacuum-cleaned.Once carpets reaches the point of no return then they should be completely replaced.
Parking could be a problem in high season?.

Lack of lounge area.room cleaning was hit and miss same tea stained
spoon during stay and not sure bed even made on 2nd day did not complain
as staff very busy but feel its worth noting.
Some staff could do with customer sevice training .Guest s were second best to restraunt bookings .Not made to feel that welcome by some staff.
