  Was my first visit to a non-USA Holiday Inn. Restaurant and bar where much nicer than any US property. Workout facilities were also great with lots of equipment and space to work out. I didn't have my kids with me, but it seemed very family friendly. - very efficient-as arrived very late, by taxi with a baby and lots of baggage

  On arrival, greeted by a wonderful staff member named Tracey. Very friendly and professional. Our room was amazing. The shower was great. Bed so comfortable. The bar and restaurant were also of a high standard. Outside there is a lovely scenic view and sitting area.   Very friendly staff especially towards are two young children. They made us all feel very welcome and were very accommodating to our every need. We asked for some warm milk for our baby's bottle at 6.30am and they did so without even charging us! We stayed out the hotel to visit legoland and windsor and this hotel was in the perfect location. Could not fault the hotel and every single member of staff- thank - The staff were super friendly and flexible, overall very helpful - truly excellent service. Although we were a little worried about the location, as it turned out, there was a bus stop right across street from where we could take a bus directly to London Victoria On our last day, we took the same bus in the other direction to Windsor, which was a great experience as well. The pool and the saunas were very nice, too, after a long day of walking around in London. We would recommend this hotel any

Staff were so helpful in giving directions. - Staff were very understanding over the lack of reservation, we could notcontact anyone at LetsBookHotel.com to resolve issue but they still did well.

There were two beds in the singl - Loved this hotel. It's built in to MK Dons football stadium, so it's unique - I had breakfast overlooking the pitch! Nice modern hotel design, good facilities in the room (including free wi-fi with a strong signal - very rare in hotels!), bar, nice restaurant, gym. Very clean throughout, very attentive staff, great breakfast, easy to park even on a match day.
