  Beautiful and historic building in a dramatic setting. Most of the staff were great and very accommodating and they tried sorting out any issues quickly (there's a new GM) Lovely pool area indoor and out Clock tower restaurant was fun and very relaxed with charming staff. Boat trip was worthwhile Wonderful views from rooms in main house - We tho... wat mensen zeggen » ught the staff, food and hotel were excellent. We spent one full day exploring the grounds, which are beautiful and situated on the Thames river. Very relaxing and peaceful. Also a very close and easy drive to Heathrow. We stayed there for our last two days in England, after a long trip and it made getting to Heathrow very easy.

  The location is idyllic and the service exceptional. Laura at reception was particularly helpful and professional. Superb breakfast and luxurious accommodation. To be able to walk ones dog in the stunning grounds was a treat. - Staff lovely. I went with my pregnant daughter and we were treated so well.
