  The bed was really comfortable and my room was nice and quiet. The staff were lovely and friendly and the cooked breakfast in the morning was excellent!   A soon as we arrived we met with a very helpful and laid back receptionist, Victor, who couldn't have been more accommodating. The entire weekend was enhanced by the unbelievably helpful and pleasant staff that work here: from the bar staff in the restaurant to the reception staff and house keeping in the Premier Inn. Despite reviews - the hotel was in a lovely location with the lake right next to it was very nice and peaceful at night time not much noise was a very nice and relaxing stay..the rooms were very clean and tidy and the bed was very comfy for a hotel..the pub underneath was very nice staff very friendly and very helpful and the food was lovely we almost had seconds
