  We were given a great welcome by a delightful Spanish employee and as we were keen to see the Tour of Britain cycle race stage finish in Gateshead he allocated us a room with a view - we were very grateful.The dining room staff at breakfast set a high standard of service.   First impression was the reception area really lovely and wecoming .Beautiful Christmas tree. Second impression the lovely staff on reception who made me feel so welcome. also the staff at breakfast were so friendly and helpful .Third impression the bedroom lovely and warm and clean. I will be back to your hotel and I am bringing my friends with me. Thank You. - The location was excellent. Very close to everything, which was what we needed as we had never been to Newcastle before. The restaurant was great and the food was amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

  The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Although our room was above the bar and one of the beer gardens we were not disturbed by any noise. The Inn has two beautiful beer gardens and the kids enjoyed running around these.
