If there was an option to give the staff more than a 5 + rating then I would. Thouroughly enjoyed my long weekend here and the staff were remarkably helpful and pleasant. I would hope this gets back to them and they can be commended for this.

This is a really special hotel. We really loved the quirky modern design. Everything was top notch. The staff were super friendly. Because we were kept waiting for a few minutes when we were checking in we were sent to our room with a bottle of champagne. The room was large and bright and decor interesting. Good free wifi - the kitchenette and 2 TVs were an unexpected bonus. (Would love to come back when the strip fire all along the front window of the hotel is alight in the cold weather.)

Omdat het een appartement was is er verder geen contact met personeel geweest, het totale verblijf was uitstekend, mede vanwege de centrale ligging in Newcastle.

Shoppers just could not find anywhere more appropriate. Staff were very friendly and our group of four girls felt we were staying in someone's flat, not a hotel. We would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely book a "girlies" trip again next year.
