  This was an excellent experience.The staff were very helpful and friendly.I very kindly was given an upgrade by Rachel as I was celebrating my birthday and also the Happy Birthday plus chocolates in my room was a very thoughtful touch. I will definitely return in the near future - I booked this hotel as a Xmas present for my partner along with tickets to a show at MEN, the hotel was beautiful, comfortable and the staff were professional, helpful and attentive nothing was too much trouble for them. We went to the hotel bar after the show which was intimate,comfortable and once again excellent service from the staff. All in all our stay was wonderful and we will definately be staying here again in the not too distant future x

  One of the friendliest, most personable hotels I have stayed in (and have been to a lot). We had a big PR event to do and stayed aswell and nothing was a problem!   When we arrived we were greeted by warm, friendly staff, the room was spaciaous and not a spec of dust! The bed was comphy and huge and the Thyme resteraunt had gorgeous food and value for money. The hotel was in the ideal location to return to from the arena and the free parking saved a lot of money! Buffet breakfast was just what we needed befor... wat mensen zeggen » e a later check out which meant a more relaxed morning to check out in our own time. The arndale shopping centre was 2 minutes away, amazing couple of - Great location yards away from Harvey Nichols and selfridges also next to an array of restaurants. We ate at zizzi before a concert at the men. Service was efficient and friendly. Staff at Premier Inn were extremely helpful It was freezing cold when we visited and without us having to ask they offered additional heating for our room. We didn't need it as the room was fine. Breakfast very good choice and staff happy to offer freshly cooked eggs and porridge.
