All the staff were very friendly and couldn't so enough for us . I work in a 4 star Country Hotel myself and the room we stayed in was immaculate and we couldn't find anything wrong . Good location. Helpful and friendly staff. The usual good level of service offered at a Premier Inn hotel. Rooms were clean and modern. Nice cooked breakfast. Obviously it's a "budget" hotel, so don't expect luxury, but I think Premier Inn's standards are quite high considering their prices.

Shuttle service was ideal for me. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room and bed were very comfortable and clean and I was able to have a good nights sleep before an early start to fly to France for meetings the next day.Relatively quiet- some traffic noise until late.

So much more desirable than the big concrete boxes that surround Manchester Airport. - I have stayed at this hotel many times, I have always found the staff to be genuinely friendly and polite. Nothing is too much trouble, the hotel itself is very welcoming and the bedrooms are lovely and comfortable. I love staying here and would chose it everytime.

hours WiFi for 3 Pounds extra and service is great and powerful. Food in
adjacent pub is not bad at all.

Warm friendly welcome, spotlessly clean, rooms really homely and the most comfortable nights sleep I've had in ages! Plenty of mirrors for getting ready and a well stocked tea tray. They've just got it so right! I'm converted to premier inn for the future now,sorry Travelodge!
