  The hotel was clean, fresh and very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and the owner, in particular, went the extra mile to ensure that our stay was pleasant. She had a wealth of knowledge about the local amenities and facilities and was more than happy to share that knowledge in recommending places to eat, things to do and also how to ... wat mensen zeggen » make the most of public transport. Superb. - The staff were very friendly, Kate made our stay extremley enjoyable! During our time there we paid for the massages (at an excellent price!!!!) They were brilliant, we would definatley stay again just to have another massage! Although the hotel is quite far from the town there is a tram stop on the door step and also no noise from the centre!

  The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms was 10/10 very clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet and no loud disturbances. The breakfasts was really nice and there was lots of choice. We have stayed in Blackpool a few times and this was the best by far and we will return. - Agnus and dave were great hosts.   I'm so glad that I saw the reviews of The Address on letsbookhotel.com and changed from my usual preference in Blackpool. The welcome I received, offered tea or coffee and the fact my room was available in the morning meant I didn't have to "just drop my bag off" but could leave it in my room. The range of breakfast choices and the quality of food... wat mensen zeggen » was superb. It was cold in Blackpool over Easter so porridge was very welcome, even more so when served with a tot of whisky (not forced to drink it) - Mr. and Mrs. Robinson were very gracious and hospitable hosts; very friendly, kind and sincere! The B&B was very clean and felt safe. It was only a 5 minute walk into the city centre. I stayed in a small double room, which was cosy and warm. The bathroom was clean and had a heated towel rack - the shower had hot water whenever I needed it and decent water pressure. Breakfast was made to order, and delicious! Overall, great value for money and a wonderful experience because of Mr. and Mrs

  We were made very welcome, the room was very comfortable and the entertainment and dining area was clean and tidy. The saff were vey helpful in giving us directions to the venues we needed to get to. The road works around Blackpool made things difficult but the staff could not have been more helpful with the directions they gave us. We have - After reading the reviews I was slightly worried about the hotel but on arrival the staff were brilliant, check in was quick and smooth, they'd gone the extra length to make sure they have parking for all guests. Breakfast was lovely and served quickly. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. We had an amazing weekend and the service was second to none! I'd highly recommend the hotel!! Amazing value for money!
