  The gentleman who owned the hotel was very polite from the start. We were upgraded to a larger room because the hotel was quiet and the hotel itself was spotlessley clean. The hotel was fresh and smelt lovely throughout. The breakfast was lovely and a good size and again the dining area could not be faulted.   We stayed at the Pembroke for 2 nights Friday until Sunday. We were warmly greeted by Alan who showed us to our room and explained how the shower etc worked. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. We were given a family room but there were only 2 of of us so plenty of room.The location was great just across the road from the pub. They gave us a few ideas as to what we could do whilst we were there and gave us a couple of tips such as buying tickets from the tourist info kiosk which saved us a lot of money.
