  The hotel was clean, fresh and very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and the owner, in particular, went the extra mile to ensure that our stay was pleasant. She had a wealth of knowledge about the local amenities and facilities and was more than happy to share that knowledge in recommending places to eat, things to do and also how to ... wat mensen zeggen » make the most of public transport. Superb. - The staff were very friendly, Kate made our stay extremley enjoyable! During our time there we paid for the massages (at an excellent price!!!!) They were brilliant, we would definatley stay again just to have another massage! Although the hotel is quite far from the town there is a tram stop on the door step and also no noise from the centre!

  The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms was 10/10 very clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet and no loud disturbances. The breakfasts was really nice and there was lots of choice. We have stayed in Blackpool a few times and this was the best by far and we will return. - Agnus and dave were great hosts.   We were made very welcome, the room was very comfortable and the entertainment and dining area was clean and tidy. The saff were vey helpful in giving us directions to the venues we needed to get to. The road works around Blackpool made things difficult but the staff could not have been more helpful with the directions they gave us. We have - After reading the reviews I was slightly worried about the hotel but on arrival the staff were brilliant, check in was quick and smooth, they'd gone the extra length to make sure they have parking for all guests. Breakfast was lovely and served quickly. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. We had an amazing weekend and the service was second to none! I'd highly recommend the hotel!! Amazing value for money!
