Staff were excellent and reception were brilliant, ringing me when my room was available to check in which was 11am, very early. Also as we had come to see the air show they had printed brochures with timetables which were so helpful as we hadn't been before. We were able to leave our bag at the hotel after check out and when we collected it were able to use the facilities and change after being on the beach all day ready for our journey home. Love the location so close to the beach, shop and restaurant. My kids love the lovely and clean beach and the ocean aquarium place. Love the Harry ramsome famous fish and chip.
My kids loving the RK games for ticket to get a prize cant remember what it call, is just few shops away from the hotel. The hotel is excellent value for money lovely deco and clean bath room.

Lovely hotel in a great location. The room I had was very nice for the price, the breakfast was good and the parking facilities were good. It was nice to have a leisure club too although the sauna and steam rooms weren't working when I used them. -

I read other reviews after booking online and I thought I shouldn't have booked, but when we arrived I found it a nice budget hotel. Services are basic but not bad for that price. We were a family of 5 and we were given room 27 in the basement which was clean and comfy. The bathroom was clean. The weather wasn't too hot so we didn't have a problem

After seeing many bad reviews, I took a risk, paying only £30 for a double room for one night. It payed off, check in took 3 mins maximum, hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable, clean, and just what I needed after a night out in Bournemouth. Perfect hotel if you're socially visiting bournemouth's nightlife, or if you fancy a last minute stay. Like I said, I took a risk, and it payed off. I would defiantly stay here again.

Accessible room downstairs was provided as I was on crutches and couldn't do stairs, it had a separate entrance on to flat terrain which was a lot easier. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. -

Na ontvangst in het Kings Langley hotel (erg aardige eigenaar!) bleek dat wij kamers hadden in het zusterhotel, Riviera. Prachtig gelegen, met uitzicht op zee. Eigenlijk nog beter dus dan het orginele hotel! Het personeel deed alles om ons verblijf aangenaam te maken, kaas bij het ontbijt? Geen probleem, de volgende dag stond het er bij op tafel! -
