  Fabulous hotel. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Made to feel most welcome indeed. Breakfast exceptional. Cleanliness was first class and rooms are nicely decorated and user friendly with excellent furniture I do not normally write reviews. I would say that executive or standard room are more than sufficient, having asked to look at - Staff were excellent and reception were brilliant, ringing me when my room was available to check in which was 11am, very early. Also as we had come to see the air show they had printed brochures with timetables which were so helpful as we hadn't been before. We were able to leave our bag at the hotel after check out and when we collected it were able to use the facilities and change after being on the beach all day ready for our journey home.   The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The facilities were clean and modern. Our room was spacious and the view was great. If you didn't know, you wouldn't have guessed you were staying in a premier inn. Location was perfect. The directions through email and text previous to our stay were helpful and precise. My kids love the lovely and clean beach and the ocean aquarium place. Love the Harry ramsome famous fish and chip. My kids loving the RK games for ticket to get a prize cant remember what it call, is just few shops away from the hotel. The hotel is excellent value for money lovely deco and clean bath room.

  Lovely hotel in a great location. The room I had was very nice for the price, the breakfast was good and the parking facilities were good. It was nice to have a leisure club too although the sauna and steam rooms weren't working when I used them. - Clean & Tidy, very freindly & well presented staff. Restaurant food quality was exception... wat mensen zeggen » al. Close to beach, walks & shopping. We've stayed in Bournemouth a number of times and this is the best yet. Will be back again.

  Na ontvangst in het Kings Langley hotel (erg aardige eigenaar!) bleek dat wij kamers hadden in het zusterhotel, Riviera. Prachtig gelegen, met uitzicht op zee. Eigenlijk nog beter dus dan het orginele hotel! Het personeel deed alles om ons verblijf aangenaam te maken, kaas bij het ontbijt?   A traditional family hotel run with so much care. Everywhere was spotless even the décor and lighting in extremely good order.- we didn't see one light bulb not working properly! Food excellent and staff so friendly. I was running the Bournemouth Half Marathon on Sunday 6th October and I asked Petar on reception if it was possible to delay my checkout by an hour so I could come back to the hotel and shower. He was able to do this and I really appreciated it as I was travelling back to London.

  We stayed 16/17 Apr as part of our house search in the Bournemouth area. Right from the start...booking in with a lovely young lady at reception, the warm welcome she gave us...we knew we had picked well. The personal attention given by taking us to our room, pointing out hotel facilities was excellent. We booked a small double and it was just wha... wat mensen zeggen » t we needed for an overnight stay. Location is ideal for a short walk into town and Bournemoth pier. We will definately book again. - One road off the sea front and an easy walk into town. Our room was great and then we got upgraded to shelter us from the noise of a wedding reception. Roll top bath in the big luxurious room; on suite as well. The staff were caring and professional, the food fantastic. We ate on our 2 for 1 Tastecard which was another bonus. We will return to Bournemouth just to stay at The Green House. Thanks
