  We made an overnight stop in Liverpool with our children, aged 10 and 7. The staff were helpful and friendly from the moment we checked in. We arrived early and although we couldn't have our room, parked in the car park and did some shopping, stopped for coffee and visited a couple of museums before heading back to the hotel. Whils - I liked the convenience of the hotel in relation to shopping and conference facilities I cant remember the name of one of the staff helping in the resturant he was tall and quite young, but should go far his attitude to his work and communication skills with those staying were excellent. The gentleman at the door was very friendly and had a chat with everyone coming in, nice touch with the red carpet. The bottled water and chocs left every day.

  Everything! From the incredibly friendly staff, the super clean well equipped apartment , to the smooth and easy communication with them. It was all faultless.   I thought the Merchant Quarters accommodation was especially good. Theoption of relaxing in the living room and even cooking a meal was for usvery nice. The accommodation is walking distance to everywhere and oncewe had parked up in our allotted parking spot we never had to use thecar. Extremely clean and well fitted out. Great location. Will be using again.

  Prima hotel en zeer vriendelijke medewerkers - Hotel was very comfortable and bedroom luxurious and romantic, just as I had hoped as special weekend. I commented on the the picture in the bedroom to one of receptionists when checking out and asked where could I obtain one from, she very kindly then telephoned for web address of artist. All the staff were extremely friendly and natural in their approach and nothing too much trouble. - I loved your hotel it was my first stay at a Malmaison and it was probably the nicest hotel I have stayed at - I loved the reception and bar area it was very smart and classy. Also loved the unique touches such as 'the damage' on the bill, the note to say feel free to keep the shampoos etc, and the little room tag 'things could get messy'! I would definitely stay here again! Thankyou!!!

  Stayed here for a long weekend, and it was just about a perfect hotel. Truly merits the stars. The room wasn't big, but it was more than comfortable. Super clean, super comfortable bed, and great linens, great bathroom and modern showers. WiFi access was good. The bar downstairs wasn't too big or busy, but had just enough people hanging out s... wat mensen zeggen » o that it had a bit of atmosphere. But even better, the location was close enough to lots of great, laid-back places nearby that it didn't matter. I - Very close to station, Princes Dock, main shopping area and Albert's Dock. Rooms were lovely and bright and clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was nice and big! We didn't have breakfast or eat at MPW restaurant but did sample the cocktails in the bar! The staff were very accommodating, professional and friendly. I would go back.

  A first class location, very friendly and helpful staff nothing to much trouble.No noise at night able a get a good nights sleep on the two nights we stayed at the location.Room and bathroom spotless,shower very good and suitable for people with limited nobility.Both lifts in the building worked very well and produced no noise,no time spent waitin... wat mensen zeggen » g on lifts.Would stay here again at a future time no problem.The breakfast was good could not have wished for more, all items were found to be warm an - We both really enjoyed our two night stay. The room was basic but had everything you'd want, the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, we had to lye down after it ha ha. My wife is a coeliac and the kitchen staff were great as they had ordered in gluten free bread for her, she was delighted. The Day's Inn Liverpool is in a great central location and we will definitely be staying again. The staff were dead friendly too.

  We stayed for a weekend in two apartments, my nine year old and myself in one apartment and my mum and nana in another. We couldn't have had a more comfortable and well equipped base to explore from and take shelter in when the snow came! Beautiful building, well maintained. Fab large apartments 2 bathrooms excellent kitchen facilities (dishwashe... wat mensen zeggen » r, washing machine, oven fridge freezer etc). Would definitely return and recommend :-) - A very pleasant surprise. A large split level apartment, quiet, well appointed, light and airy. Sky TV, WIFI, and even parking included if pre-arranged. Exceptional value for money. Central Liverpool is just out to the door. Stayed for only three nights but would have spent a week here. One of those few places that exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended.
