Everything! From the incredibly friendly staff, the super clean well equipped apartment , to the smooth and easy communication with them. It was all faultless. They were brilliant and we had a great break. I wish all hotels treated guests like this.
A little gem of a boutique hotel, very close to the business district. Very reasonably priced, great facilities, very friendly and helpful staff. alle beoordelingen »

Great value for money.
The staff were great, the apartment was really nice.
Spacious living area with balcony.
Comfortable bed.
Bed was very comfortable.
lovely room and staff.
Bed and bath.
The friendly welcome & atmosphere of a small hotel. The location, the appartment in a nearby building and the breakfast in the main building.
Very spacious hotel and room. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Quite easy to find when your out of the tunnel.
The furnishings in the room, the smallness of the hotel.
Staff were helpful and price was good location goid.
Nice rooms, friendly staff, great location.
Nothing about this property - it was disgusting.
Nothing.
Bedroom windows needed a clean.
Lighting was very dim, shower above bath not very practical, windows would not stay open (room 3).
No iron in room, hairdrier was broken (but replaced on request), shower curtains were not adequate - water everywhere!.
No remote control for TV.
No WIFI
Damp patch on lobby and living room carpet (assume there was a leaking pipe).
no towels (but brought at a moments notice) and restaurant was booked for a private engagement so couldn't eat in.
Bit hot!.
Bathrooms, despite a profusion of splendid towels, were not really up to standard.
We had to phone the night porter to open the front door for us when we came back after our night out. Lucky one of us had a phone with us, otherwise who knows how we were supposed to get in. The church bells started going 8.30am but not the hotels fault.
The continental breakfast.
We complained and were refunded most of the cost for breakfast.
Room was a bit tired, shower was a bit awkward, nice old bath but not very practical. Tiles needed re grouting. Decor a bit tired.
Room contained some dust, hairs on carpet. Wifi only in lobby/bar area.
It was not clean.
The black mould in the shower area, the fact that is quite unsafe to come and go when staying in the apartments (which are not located in the main building). You actually share the floor with people and when we got into the lift in the morning there was fried chicken all over the floor. So many reasons to avoid this place.
