The temperature of the room remained pleasant despite the fact that it isn't possible to open the window. I guess the walls must be thick. Very quiet location away from the madness of Saturday night in Manchester city - This is a very different sort of hotel. Its a former warehouse and so my room had no windows, which was slightly strange. This sad the bed was comfortable, the room very clean and nicely furnished. Where the hotel scores really high is in the communal areas. a very nice breakfast room, with an excellent home cooked breakfast, great bar and lots of airy space inside and out.   The apartment was just as advertised. It was very clean and spacious and had everything you needed for a short or long term stay. It was a little difficult to find but we were soon given directions over the phone.   Schitterend uitzicht (kamer op 22e verdieping); upgrade naar executive lounge (met gratis ontbijt) - The attitude & manner of all the staff I had contact with was first class. Initially I was given a smoking room, so I returned to reception to comment (not complain) & the member of staff immediately allocated me another room on a different floor. T... wat mensen zeggen » his happened to be an upgrade as well, so I was even more impressed. All the facilities I used were at or beyond my expectations. I shall use the hotel again & I shall recommend this hotel aswell. - when staying at the hotel my boyfriend and i really enjoyed are selfs we went for my birthday and everyone at the hotel treated us like royalty and there nothing they didnt do for us! they made my birthday very special and memerable!! i would definatly recommed it to any one!

  This was an excellent experience.The staff were very helpful and friendly.I very kindly was given an upgrade by Rachel as I was celebrating my birthday and also the Happy Birthday plus chocolates in my room was a very thoughtful touch. The River Bar is very chic yet split into different areas giving rise to a feeling of intimacy and privacy if you... wat mensen zeggen » so wish.Both Victoria and Marcus were very friendly and relaxed and made our stay all the more memorable. I will definitely return in the near future - I booked this hotel as a Xmas present for my partner along with tickets to a show at MEN, the hotel was beautiful, comfortable and the staff were professional, helpful and attentive nothing was too much trouble for them. We went to the hotel bar after the show which was intimate,comfortable and once again excellent service from the staff. All in all our stay was wonderful and we will definately be staying here again in the not too distant future x
