  I love the fact you have hotel service and the facilities of self catering and a full apartment all in one. Everything was spotless! And the grab and go breakfast is genius. They even give you paper bags with handles. And you could take as much as you wanted. Love this place! And I could not fault the staff. Very polite, helpful and friendly. Will... wat mensen zeggen » definately be coming back. And hopefully Roomzzz will be available at a lot more locations around Britain soon. It's all you could want and more! - Staff were extremely accommodating and very friendly. I'm staying for several weeks on a business contract and they always have a smile and a 'hello' when I'm passing through reception. Clean, compact room with decent self catering facilities, close to centre of Leeds. Relatively speaking is good value for money. - Staff at reception especially the dark haired girl who was very friendly and pointed out a lovely restaurant nearby. Loved the room and all the facilities and also the location. Easy parking nearby. Internet on the tv is an excellent idea Grab n go breakfast is a great idea for couples like us exploring the city

  Peroneel erg flexibel, behulpzaam en klantgericht. - The rooms were clean modern and had everything you require for your stay, we could have stayed longer, excellent id recommend it to anyone,the good 15 min walk into the centre was refreshing on a morning and we did see some fine old buildings, if its a little far on a night the hotel reception ma... wat mensen zeggen » kes up for this by organising a taxi, very helpful, the ajoining bar great too - It was a great place to stay and the staff were more than helpful.The two lads rung us a taxi as we were running late for a do then the lady on the night shift sorted us out a takeaway upon our return.

  Chose this hotel because of proximity to new Arena - it's just a few minutes walk away. It's more a city pub with rooms. Handy for shopping, theatres and eating out. Staff were efficient and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our overnight stay for the Elton John concert. - Right by the Leeds arena, room was large and clean. If ... wat mensen zeggen » on a shopping trip it was right in the middle of Leeds. Staff were superb, really helpful, carried our bags and even came with us to a nearby car park to show us the way. We will definately book again.

  The hotel was small so we were checked in quickly and helped with the FREE car parking! The room was around the same standard as a premier inn with heated bathroom floors and a very comfy bed. The hotel itself looked like a converted house and the entrance and dining area were very homely looking. We were using this hotel as we had booked to do a ... wat mensen zeggen » cocktail making class and have tapas at a nearby bar called Bar7, this was 5 mins walking and then we got a taxi into leeds town centre approx 2-3 min - A family hotel whose staff were amazingly helpful and attentive - even swapping us to a ground-floor room (due to a broken ankle) without needing to be asked and despite its being a family room rather than the twin we had booked! Delicious breakfast, with generous variety (both continental and cooked). Superb location for the universities - just across the road. Right on bus route for shopping or bus/coach/train stations. Yet a feeling of being in the country - "at home" in the country. Thank
