  During my stay at The Casartelli I really enjoyed the luxurious facilities of the room. From my experience there are few hotels in Liverpool which can compare to the high quality and care put into developing the facilities. Gorgeous apartment and the staff were extremely helpful. We weren't leaving Liverpool until 5:30 on the day that we checked out and we didn't have to check out until then as the apartment wasn't in use that night. If ever in Liverpool again,will defintately stay there again and would highly recommend it.

Rooms where clean and beds were really comfy. if i had a £1 for every person that had commented and asked me about my pictures from the hotel id be a millionare - Fun themed floors and great facilities for a very reasonable price.   Everything! From the incredibly friendly staff, the super clean well equipped apartment , to the smooth and easy communication with them. It was all faultless. They were brilliant and we had a great break. I wish all hotels treated guests like this. - A little gem of a boutique hotel, very close to the business district.   It was a delightful surprise from start to finish. We were fortunate to book the apartment at a reasonable rate£267 for 4 . I would certainly stay again as would my friends but would like to stay for 2 nights with the right deal. I have taken the opportunity whilst my children have been at University in Liverpool to introduce family and friends to... wat mensen zeggen » Liverpool. The Richmond has a wonderful Scouse feel about it. Accommodation was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful. The only disappointin - Hello, I had to write to express my sincere thanks for a wonderful stay at your hotel! Your staff are a credit to Liverpool and nothing was too much trouble, from Luke on reception who was an absolute pleasure to deal with to the Gentleman who collected my car (I missed his name I'm sorry) My room was immaculate and the service second to none! I will definitely be recommending The Richmond and returning myself very soon. Once again thank you to all who made my stay so pleasurable!
