  New 0wners were lovely, nothing was to much trouble. We arrived very early, so we were allowed to leave our luggage in lounge. That meant we could go out and start our short break right away. Family room was large and warm.   At arrival we were greeted by Maria and giving that I am only 20 and was staying with my girlfriend who is also 20 we thought that we would be look at different giving being the younger generation reputation and I am very glad to that we was treated just the same as everyone els ,,, the food was really good room was spotless showed around the hous... wat mensen zeggen » e and said any trouble come and ask and with out a doubt being the first time in Blackpool we had a few questions in what to do best places to go for - I liked the way we were made welcome by Marie. She gave us a quick tour of the room, pointing out little things like how to use the shower, how to open the windows and her general welcoming attitude. Also I had a friend try to contact me and Marie was so helpful in assisting them to trace me. On arrival it was quite difficult to park but Marie moved her car from right outside the door and enabled us to park our car. Finally the breakfast was excellent, very fresh and plentiful.

  Gentleman that owns hotel was the nicest and most helpful person you could ever hope to meet, my 87 year old mother had a disabled buggy and he charged it up every night,he never took a penny from us for the kids if they wanted a juice from the bar. He was genuine. Also has a nice indoor pool which kids loved. - the owner seb could not do enough ... wat mensen zeggen » for us even though he looked shattered and had hurt his back! He even let us have the room for the day free because we were not leaving until 8.00pm. The swimming pool was brilliant,lovely and warm.
