  Staff super friendly- I work in hospitality service (ski resort a la cArte restaurant), so very sensitive to good or bad service , room up to date and clean, ate in the hotel- food was fine, I had the mushroom risotto which was said to have wild/Forrest mushrooms but came with run of the mill button mushrooms. The hotel in general had a nice cosy feel to it. Excellent staff, extremely helpful, cheery friendly and efficient, I travel a fair bit and these were the best I had encountered in quite a while.   Byzonder dicht in het centrum van de stad wat heel aantrekkelijk is. Mijn reservering stond goed in het systeem. - The friendliness of all the staff. I must make comment on theexcellent service that followed me stating that one of theflurouresent tubes in the bathroom was 'flashing' and was making mefeel unwell. Whilst I was breakfasting the matter... wat mensen zeggen » was resolved - 30minutes at rthe outside. Well done. - The hotel isvery central. Reception staff very friendly and helpful when checking in as we were a party of 3 couples.really enjoyed our stay and would stay in the hotel again and would also recommend.
