  I liked having my own front door key and access to the code for the middle door which meant I could come and go without disturbing anyone. The single room was small but big enough and well appointed.The en-suite shower was lovely and the coffee and Kit Kat very welcome after a day in town, Breakfast was really good. Fruit juice, fruit salad, cer... wat mensen zeggen » eals and a full fry up if wished. Loved the individual haggis!! The hotel is well situated only 5 mins from the town centre and railway station and i - I had emailed to say that I would arrive late. I was welcomed with warmth but without fuss, the room was small but very cleverly designed & spotless, inc ensuite. Breakfast was ample with a wide choice (Im a veggie) and a bottomless cup. I saw the lounge but did not use it as I was so late arrivng, I would definitely stay again & recommend it, esp for city trip as it is so convenient.

  Everything. But, on top of that, our hostess was just the best. She was that great combination of friendly,very funny, helpful in every way, E.G. we had to leave before breakfast; she made us a picnic meal that would have fed 3 more people, as well as us! - This place had everything we needed, great location, very nice rooms which were clean, spa... wat mensen zeggen » cious and comfortable (bed in particular), lovely hosts and FANTASTIC breakfast with lots of yummy options.   This facility was outstanding in all facets of service, comfort, location, and friendliness. Margaret and Sandy were impeccable hosts in the most charming and delightful b & b facility I've ever enjoyed. An exceptionally clean, modern, spacious, and comfortable home is the only way to describe this b & B. Its location to the primary road systems was ideal as we were out the door in late morning and tra - I very much enjoyed the company of my hosts, Margaret and Sandy, whom operate this amazing B&B! I felt like part of their family for the time I was there. They had no objections to questions regarding things to do around the area and were very accomidating when it came to packing a snack for lunch. Also, the breakfasts every morning were delicious. The house was quite and since I was without a car the 30 min walk to downtown seemed perfect for a bit of fresh air.

  I liked everything about this place. The double room was large, lovely, with a big bay window and tasteful interior. The attached bath was spacious with shower, heated towel bar, and spotlessly clean, and she even included two big, fluffy bath robes in the room. Breakfast was set in a lovely downstairs room with a fireplace (lit on one cool mornin... wat mensen zeggen » g), and the food was wonderful. You had a choice of a full Scottish breakfast (a hearty breakfast suitable for a good day of hiking) or a generous con - We have stayed at many B&Bs over the course of our many trips abroad, and this one, where we stayed as part of our honeymoon to Scotland, was our favorite. Here's why: 1) Location! A quick walk to downtown and the river, pubs, restaurants, and shopping. We spent a few nights just walking around town, and easily came back home to the quiet street. 2) Breakfast! Delicious! Full Scottish available, plus coffee, tea, toast and jam, cereals, pastries, and fruit. Served in a lovely, well appoint

  We drove straight to Inverness after getting off the plane so it was our first experience with Scotland. Arafeh was absolutely lovely bringing us in, giving us directions, recommendations for restaurants, and so on. He even recommended that we go for a walk down to the island and back after dinner and it was one of the highlights of our trip. G... wat mensen zeggen » orgeous, relaxing, and lovely. We should have taken more of his recommendations since our dinner was quite bad. The B&B is centrally located, th - Everything was just perfect! The owner Arafeh is the most friendly person we have ever met. You feel completely at home, everything you need you receive at once. Thank you very much for all your help and advice.   This B&B was excellent. Andrea gave us a warm welcome. Great location with good parking and just a short walk to some nice restaurants. Our rooms were really nice and clean. Good wifi connection. The comfortably beds were made with soft cotton linen and on the pillows we found a little piece of chocolate. Along with the Tea and coffee making ... wat mensen zeggen » facilities there was a bottle of water, a nice touch in my eyes. The atmosphere in the rooms made us feel relaxed and like we were at home. The breakf - Great night's sleep, comfortable bed, nice and quiet area but only a short walk into town. The owner was very helpful with directions to the restaurants in town, explaining how the wifi worked etc. Lovely old house with some great features including large lounge for guests. Inverness was also a great place, highly recommended. Lovely river, castle, churches, restaurants and pubs - all really well kept, great for an evening stroll.

Terrific location, just on the road for Loch Ness and the West Coast, but the house is so well insulated that you can hardly hear any traffic noise. My room warm, cosy and comfortable. Gorgeous toiletries provided, too. Breakfast was delicious with the kind of choice you'd expect in a top hotel. And positioned in easy walking distanceinto Inverness, mostly along the riverside path. I shall not hesitate to rebook Kemps when I return to Inverness.
