I would recommend the Acor - Owners have taken care to maintain property to excellent standards. Rooms were clean, comfortable and comfortable and new shower and bathroom meant no irritating plumbing problems. Location is close (walking distance) to city centre yet in a very quiet tree lined cul de sac in a sllepy neighbourhood for a most peaceful stay. Breakfast excellently cooked to order and owner extremely helpful and hospitable.

  Very efficient friendly welcome. Off street parking and map of town given and suggested route to walk. Clean quiet comfortable bedroom. Not the 4-poster in the pic as I was a single guest! Extremely relaxing after a long solo drive. Owner delightful, nothing too much trouble. Excellent breakfast, hot toast and good quality coffee! Beverley was a lovely friendly host and gave us all relevant information when we arrived to make our stay most enjoyable. We could not fault the room, food or the other people who were staying there as we made us of the excellent honesty bar after we returned from our nights out in Harrogate. A lovely and enjoyable experience all round.

  Everyone about Ash Grove was amazing. The room was immaculate, the food delicious but the thing that stood out the most was the hospitality. Tabs & her husband were the best Hosts we could have asked for. Room 2 at the front is a larger than standard room. Radox products in bathroom only downside a bit flowery for us men good that it was not in sachets but full bottles.Tea coffee, Kettle, Iron and ironing board in room. The bathroom has a good quality shower snd good sized quality towels. Flat screen freeview TV with DVD player built in. A good selection of cereals at Breakfast followed by a full English
