  Unpretentious luxury. We chose a room with a patio as it could be used if it rained since it was beneath the balcony of the room above. It was large with plenty of storage space and comfy chairs & sofa. We requested and received sheets & blankets as we don’t get on with duvets. The bathroom had both a bath & a separate shower, plenty o... wat mensen zeggen » f room for contents of wash bags with excellent well lit shaving mirror. The staff were friendly, smart & efficient. The lounge bar food was both - It is very difficult to find anything specific as everything was expected from seeing the reviews and pictures on the website, which totally do The Coniston justice. My partner is from Yorkshire and we visit regularly and the location was perfect. Just outside Skipton and on the outskirts of the stunning Dales National Park. A lot of time was spent in the beautiful lounge surrounded by the breath taking fire place, just reading and taking the in the views. We ate in the restaurant the first nig
