The location was centre of everything with a view of the Blackpool tower from our window. The staff were absolutely superb loved just to have a nice chat with them couldn't be more friendlier will definately be staying again there.
John the hotel owner cudnt do enough for us considering he only took it over in july he is doing well.

Take a heater with u if ur going autumn winter!!! There was no heating
at the hotel, no hot water! No 24 hour reception!.
The smell of the fryers woke us up every morning & we were on the top floor, an oil change would not go amiss as everything on the breakfast plate tasted exactly the same. We missed breakfast the second morning as it was so dire.
The shower in our room was no more than a trickle and was terrible! In one of the other rooms the bathroom door didn't close properly, so no privacy.
