  We had been warned before that building work was underway but it made no difference whatsoever to our enjoyment and all the staff went out of their way to be both friendly and helpful.   The apartment was just as advertised. It was very clean and spacious and had everything you needed for a short or long term stay. It was a little difficult to find but we were soon given directions over the phone.   Schitterend uitzicht (kamer op 22e verdieping); upgrade naar executive lounge (met gratis ontbijt) - The attitude & manner of all the staff I had contact with was first class. Initially I was given a smoking room, so I returned to reception to comment (not complain) & the member of staff immediately allocated me another room on a different floor. T... wat mensen zeggen » his happened to be an upgrade as well, so I was even more impressed. All the facilities I used were at or beyond my expectations. I shall use the hotel again & I shall recommend this hotel aswell. - when staying at the hotel my boyfriend and i really enjoyed are selfs we went for my birthday and everyone at the hotel treated us like royalty and there nothing they didnt do for us! they made my birthday very special and memerable!! i would definatly recommed it to any one!

  Een fraai hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel. De conciërge bleek een vraagbaak voor van alles en nog wat. De internationale stekker was te verkrijgen aan de balie, de taxi werd voor je geroepen, de deuren voor je open gedaan. Ronduit klasse!
