  An extremely friendly hotel. I was unable to drive because I had injured my knee and the owner very kindly drove me to where I had to be on the Monday. I would recommend the hotel unreservedly; spotless, well equipped and excellent value for money but most importantly the genuine staff.   As a lone female traveller I can sometimes feel a little uneasy in new places, but the staff were amazing! So friendly I instantly felt quite relaxed and at home there, very helpful and more than willing to put themselves out for you! I cannot praise them highly enough! Lovely quiet hotel,(looked like an American motel), bed was the most comfortab... wat mensen zeggen » le I've had in a hotel (including the five star one I use in Wales!) spotlessly clean. I will definitely stay there again, and would happily recommend - Clean and comfortable with everything you need for a short stay. Had plenty of pillows and you didn't have to ask for extras. Motel style a little different to what we are used to but at least it was quiet (no corridor doors slamming in the night).

  The receptionists and staff members were very friendly and helpful.The Indian lady at the reception in particular was very good.The room was by far more than what I expected for a `budget hotel`.Way way better than the expensive Ramada I had stayed at in Wolverhampton the month before.The Ibis Bed was exceptionally good and very comfortable.The ro... wat mensen zeggen » om was very clean and tidy, same with bathroom.The breakfast was equally good.Overall I would go back to this hotel again.I really liked the facilitie - This might sound like a strange praise, but this hotel had one of the best showers I've ever experienced. This is not something you usually think of when signing up, but I was surprised how proper water pressure, temperature and general pleasantness can make or break a stay. We'll meet again, Ibis Coventry shower, of that I'm sure.

Great value, only downside would be anyone looking for other facilities as it's really just accomodation only & gets top marks for that, I will be back same time next year. - Always a great sleep, and staff were amazingly friendly as we always get at Premier Inn.   We were warmly welcomed by the receptionist, who even gave the little ones coloring books. This came in handy as they had forgotten to pack theirs from the house. The hotel is very neat, rooms are clean and cleaned everyday with extra clean towels provided for the 2 nights we stayed there. It was quiet as well and everything just works. Second time staying in a Premier Inn, you can never go wrong with - I found all that I required and more.I was particularly impressed that as I had need of an accessible bath or shower [my hip replacement was troubling me and I had booked a disabled room]I was phoned prior to my visit by a member of staff to assure me and to prepare them for the possibility of my requiring help should I need to leave my room in a hurry.I thought this a deed of ' going the second mile' and it reflected the spirit of the care we all received from the staff. Blessings on them.
