  The stay was excellent. It surpassed our expectations. The Proprietor rang before we arrived asking about food for breakfast and anything we needed. She has been a wonderful host before during and after our stay.   We booked into this beautiful 16th century house after having a terrible experience at the travelodge in leamington spa. If you are interested in history and appreciate antiques this is the retreat for you. we loved our stay and will be returning soon. Our hosts were very welcoming. the breakfast was delicious. we stayed in the family room which ... wat mensen zeggen » was a lovely size and the shower room had been recently refurbished.. A very warm comfortable stay great value for money. can recommend the leopard pu - Wonderful country house b&b,our room must have been 30 feet square with sofas,places to write reports,comfortable bed with decent linen,and last not least a brand new shower room. The host served a generous breakfast prepared with eggs from his 10 hens.This is the opposite of your typical robotically staffed chain hotel. Highly recommended.

  Made very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. A real relaxation experience in a superb location and lovely design ... old world charm ... nice features ... a pleasure to stay. Breakfast a treat (different every morning, home made, tasty and delicious - spent too much time at breakfast table!) - I liked it being in the heart of England easy ... wat mensen zeggen » access to castles houses to Stratford upon Avon Shakespear theatre etc. The B&B was an old building from 1746 with his own history an amazing hostess beautiful garden and everything was just perfect.
