  Fantastic facilities for the price, gym and swimming pool, provide you with a towel and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Room was nice and clean. It's a good proximity to the lg arena. Took us 10 minutes to walk there and they've signposted it. Really enjoyed our stay and next time we visit the lg for a concert well be returning. Hotel highly - As we arrived the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was very clean and comfortable.As we were staying for one night to see a concert at the lg Arena we did not use any of the facilities but again the staff were extremely helpful when we needed to book a taxi to the arena. Also the bar area was very good although it was busy the staff again made it easy to get served as they were very organised and fast. The food we ordered came quickly and was very good with good sized portions.

  Staff in every department although young and local shone out and made our stay memorable, so much so we extended our Easter Bank holiday stay by 5 extra days, we have 2Japanese Akita puppies and it was pleasing how well we were all accepted, fitted in and made welcome. so much so we will soon be planning our next visit.
