Het bed was uitmuntend, ik heb nog nooit zo lekker geslapen in een hotelbed. - Een vlotte balie, goede barmaaltijd en prima luxe kamer. Geen geluid van buiten in verband met nabijheid vliegveld. De ligging tegenover het vliegveld (loopafstand) en de aansluiting op trein en nabijheid van het NEC zijn super.

Fantastic facilities for the price, gym and swimming pool, provide you
with a towel and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Room was nice
and clean. It's a good proximity to the lg arena. Took us 10 minutes
to walk there and they've signposted it. Really enjoyed our stay and
next time we visit the lg for a concert well be returning.

As we arrived the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was
very clean and comfortable.As we were staying for one night to see a
concert at the lg Arena we did not use any of the facilities but
again the staff were extremely helpful when we needed to book a taxi
to the arena. Also the bar area was very good although it was busy
the staff again made it easy to get served as they were very
organised and fast. The food we ordered came quickly and was very
good with good sized portions.

The hotel was very clean. We had a beautiful room. The staff were very helpful and polite. I would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was lovely. We have sent an email to the hotel telling them how nice it was. - The rooms were lovely and the facilities excellent, especially knowing we were paying a bargain price!

I only stayed one night, as we were flying from Birmingham International, the receptionist was very helpful and booked us a taxi for the morning. The hotel was very nice and clean. - Friendly staff, good information available, very high standard of accommodation.

Right in the heart of the town, so easy walking distance to a good selection of restaurants and bars. - I like the choice of facilities and the location is perfect forshoppers as it has a very large shopping centre just a five minute walkfrom the hotel with all the top high street shops. A very good stay andwell worth the money, I would defiantly book this hotel again. Thestaff were very friendly and have excellent service. Over all I verymuch enjoyed my stay.

the hotel was fine but after been woke up at 330 by the fire alarm i could not get back to sleep, so we checked out at about 4am as i have trouble sleeping anyway,so we did not really use the services as we had paid for breakfast and never ate. - helpfulness of staff, area in which hotel situated, presentation of hotel facilities

My husband and I would like to compliment the hotel on the standard of service received from the staff. In particular we would to thank Patrick Walsh, from the restaurant, for his efficient and friendly manner. Even though he was extremely busy, it never affected the service he provided.
