  Having travelled all around Thailand for the last 15 years I had noticed the Ayara on the hill but only in passing during stays at other resorts. The resort manages to provide the excellent Thai service to a very high standard, without being to formal. We misplaced a wallet containing over £1500 in various currencies and my driving licence. Hotel & spa is proper 5 star, staff are very freindly and helpful. Rooms are great wih fantastic views. Breakfast included up to 10:15 and was really good. The hotel is a 5-10 min walk to the beach strip, and the hotel came with free membership access to the 2 best beach clubs on the beach strip (catch beach club and bimi beach club).   The staff were amazing and very very helpful The room 201 that we were in was truly beautiful uber luxury we loved it, Siri beach near by is so very nice and the locals were very very nice beach side fruit smoothies for 100 Bahts (£2) what more could you ask for - All the staff were very friendly and helpful!   Our stay at the Chava was perfect from start to finish. We were picked up at the airport as promised with babyseat and on time. We were greeted by the manager which was a lovely touch. Our room had a baby cot as requested which was already set up. The room was perfect for our stay, the staff and surroundings were just great. You have basically everything in the room, the kitchen, the washing machine etc. We really enjoy our stay.

Nice cool interior, v. relaxing. staff very friendly. 1 minute walk to beach. perfect place to stay. i would go back here.   We stay in one of the regular rooms. It was actually nicer than I expected, and quite large for a standard room. I was happy with our room but would recommend booking one of the rooms with pool access. The staff and concierge were wonderful and went out of their way to help. The hotel breakfast was also very - We stayed in penthouse ,with private pool,it was great,it is 3 floor suite,all equipment in room are the best brands, staff is perfect, breakfast is limited but very good quality and tasty, I saw that surin beach is the best in phuket, dinner buffet in catch club is the best, bbq king prawn,beef ,pastas,kebabs, cold sea food,, and not so expensive for a such quality and choice,,, finally, I searched many hotels before I went to phuket, I saw that I made the best choice,
