  We stay in one of the regular rooms. It was actually nicer than I expected, and quite large for a standard room. I was happy with our room but would recommend booking one of the rooms with pool access. The staff and concierge were wonderful and went out of their way to help. After telling the front desk that we didn’t enjoy one of the excursions ... wat mensen zeggen » that was booked for us, the concierge took the initiative to call the company and have the issue resolved for us. The hotel breakfast was also very - We stayed in penthouse ,with private pool,it was great,it is 3 floor suite,all equipment in room are the best brands, staff is perfect, breakfast is limited but very good quality and tasty, I saw that surin beach is the best in phuket, dinner buffet in catch club is the best, bbq king prawn,beef ,pastas,kebabs, cold sea food,, and not so expensive for a such quality and choice,,, finally, I searched many hotels before I went to phuket, I saw that I made the best choice,

  Our stay at the Chava was perfect from start to finish. We were picked up at the airport as promised with babyseat and on time. We were greeted by the manager which was a lovely touch. Our room had a baby cot as requested which was already set up. The room was perfect for our stay, the staff and surroundings were just great. In all in all great ... wat mensen zeggen » stay. - The hotel is quite. not far from the beach. It's good for families. You have basically everything in the room, the kitchen, the washing machine etc. We really enjoy our stay.

  The hotel was good, the staff was nice, got a good impression of the hotel in the lobby, which also sued. Hotellet var bra, personalen var trevlig, fick ett bra intryck av hotellet i lobbyn vilket också stämmde. - Very Friendly Staff. Great Service.
