  The hotel is located oposite Alpin Express so you can ski almost back to the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful and the owner Ivano was keen to accomodate our extra requests. The hotel is very clean and tidy. There is the Cesar ski rental next door and the guests of the hotel get 10% discount so there is no - Fast WIFI and located right next to the Alpin Express gondola lift. Not overpriced for half board meal option good value and saves on eating out. Nice bar. My second visit would return again.

  A courtesy car was waiting for us at the train station. The staff greeted us with a glass of wine of our choice as we arrived. Our room was amazing with a great balcony. Breakfast was the best we had in all the hotels we were in on our Swiss trip. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful with transportation and restaurants. Impeccable cleanliness is maintained in the hotel - rooms are cleaned and towels are changed daily, linen is changed twice a week. The breakfast is very diverse and plentiful. If you have the chance, take the suite having two balconies with direct view of the Matterhorn - awesome and worth every single buck. The train station is close but nevert - We loved the hotel and the location. The staff was very friendly and unquestionably efficient. We made full use of the kitchen facility since we were a couple with 6 (hungry!)college age kids. We cooked all of our meals in the kitchen.   We brought our 10 month old twins, so travelling is always an ordeal. The staff was wonderful, and the room was traditional Swiss (which I loved!). Even though the hotel policies stated that there was a maximum of one babycot per room, there were two lovely wooden cribs set up for us when we arrived.
