  The hotel is located oposite Alpin Express so you can ski almost back to the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful and the owner Ivano was keen to accomodate our extra requests. The hotel is very clean and tidy. We also had dinner in the hotel and it works out to be the cheapest dinner in town as for CHF30 we had a four course meal with salad. ... wat mensen zeggen » The dinner needs to be prebooked in the morning. There is the Cesar ski rental next door and the guests of the hotel get 10% discount so there is no - Fast WIFI and located right next to the Alpin Express gondola lift. Plenty of English channels on a big flat screen TV in a spacious room. Great ski lockers for each room set your own combination. Not overpriced for half board meal option good value and saves on eating out. Nice bar. My second visit would return again.

  We were pleasantly surprised to stay at the Hotel Communal as our original hotel couldn't fulfill the reservation. We were warmly greeted by the owner and he made sure that the rooms fit our family's need. The restaurant attached to the hotel was fabulous -- a great place to relax after skiing in Champery. Certainly will recommend and look to stay again if in the Portes du Soliel area. - Staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. Ideal base for the Portes du Soleil with Morgins 15 mins away, and Chatel 25 mins without having to pay the prices of hotels in those resorts.

  The host Christoph Imboden is fantastic. He was very helpful during our stay and provided important information for maximizing our visit to the Zermatt area (seeing the Matterhorn, etc.).   It was an amazing experience!! The service was spectacular!! Very welcoming, yet still very discreet! The hotel is very well decorate, plus have technologies also.   I staid in IBIS Hotel for 2 weeks. All this time I felt that I am at home. Very nice staff, nice food, service is fine. I would really recommend this Hotel for short or for long stay. - The hotel was modern clean and the staff were helpful. Good for someone with a car.

  Very comfortable beds, clean room, ample sized bathroom. We had a smaller room near the stairs which was convenient but I heard everything. Staff was kind and spoke English and we were treated with respect. Free parking right next to the hotel.
