  The whole experience was so relaxing, the facilities amazing and the people were very attentive and helpful. Incredibly good value for money and well located to do lots of interesting day trips. We went on safari, climbed Sigiriya (get a guide it's definitely worth it) and went to Buddhist temples. Beautiful grounds that ooze tranquility and relax... wat mensen zeggen » ation. Food was good and very well priced for a luxury hotel. I wouldnt think twice about staying here again. - I loved the fact that the staff were incredibly friendly. We arrived early and our room was not ready. They made every effort to ensure it was ready 2 hours prior to usual check in and they even phoned us on our cell phone to let us know it was ready.

  Wonderful rooms, design and art everywhere, nice bar and library, good location, very friendly and helpful staff, pool - We like the food, hotel staffs are friendly,very quiet and relaxing. We would recommend the hotel to other travelers.

  There is nothing better than arriving in Columbo after a long flight and a nerve-rattling taxi ride through the city's crazy traffic, to be greeted by the Hilton's smiling, uber-professional staff and a welcome glass of cold lemonade. Aaaah! I cannot fault the Hilton Columbo. It was excellent in every way. The buffet lunch of Sri Lankan, Indian,... wat mensen zeggen » Chinese and Western cuisine in the main dining room overlooking immaculately kept tropical gardens with fountains, swans and storks was a sheer delig - The Welcome drink and smily face at reception. And off course the naturally maintained tropical garden and with fountain ans swans etc. It was a great stay indeed.

  The room was incredible. Like stepping abck in time. It was full of beautiful old furniture yet the design was modern - a perfect fusion. I have stayed in many 5* boutique hotels and this one is by far the best room. Must be seen to be believed. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone, in fact I urge you to go here!!! - We only stayed there for... wat mensen zeggen » one day but I loved everything! Especially the: - Room set up (it was huge) - Design - Food at breakfast - Staff - Pool - Intimate-ness of it (few rooms available)
