  Very helpful staff (all of them speak English, which is not always the case in Spain), clean rooms, just a few metres away from the main square (Plaza Mayor). Good breakfast and cooking facilities to make your own meals if you want to.   James, the receptionist went out of his way to assist me find a free parking place (he stood in it and kept if for me whilst I moved my car - top marks, this wouldn't happen in a UK city!) The room was as expected for the price and very close to the City. James was also very helpful re advising on breakfast and he showed me where to go on the free... wat mensen zeggen » map provided - real asset to the Hostel. - On the first day, my request was not satisfied, but after I said so in the letsbookhotel.com, the owner soon corresponded to it. In the other points, they keep cleanness of the room and are very kind.

  This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. We were so impressed at the spacious bedroom on the first occasion when we only spent one night that we decided to spend two nights this time. This really gave us an opportunity to really explore Salamanca, which is a fabulous city. - Well received by all at reception, Hotel well situated for t... wat mensen zeggen » he motorway.   The staff we're attentive, professional, extremely polite & friendly. The private Spa was uber relaxing. The breakfast was excellent, included hot food to order & a massive selection of meats, cheese, fruits, cereals, pastries, champagne, juices, nespresso, teas, coffee's etc. The staff came & turned down the bed in the afternoon, re-... wat mensen zeggen » stocked the excellent quality scented bath lotions etc. Each bathroom contains a Jacuzzi jet bath as well as a separate multi jet shower which is extr - The room. We had a superior double room. So comfortable, so relaxing. Bath had a Jazzuzi so relaxing. Breakfast was also great. We learned to make our own cafe using the hotel breakfast Nepresso machine each morning without having to hassle the staff. Massage was also very relaxing.

  We planned a weekend getaway in Salamanca and we booked the hotel a couple of months in advance, so we had a nice price for the 3 nights. The hotel is a recent building and it meets the basic standards of a decent hotel. The breakfast is ok. The rooms are comfortable and impeccably clean; As for the location, it is really good, close to the histo... wat mensen zeggen » ric center (5 minutes walking) and it is possible to find free parking places nearby, as well as a nice supermarket. The neighborhood is calm and peac - amazing hotel in the middle of Salamanca only 10 minutes from the center attractions and cafes, staff very friendly and speak English, rooms amazing interior and very well designed and equipped. Breakfast was great and good value for money, friendly staff all around and we were particularly impressed with the reception staff who spent considerable time telling us about where to go in Salamanca, the most helpful hotel staff I have ever experienced. thank you so much for a great experience.
